One week before your wedding, we’ll meet to finalize all details. An itinerary will be created, and L’ event will coordinate your rehearsal with ease. On your wedding day, we are the first vendor to show up and last to depart, assisting with all ceremony and reception décor as well as overall timeliness and organization.

Unlimited Email and Phone Access to L’ event
Point of Contact for Vendors and Guests on your Wedding Day
Distribution of all Payments due to Vendors
Rehearsal, Ceremony, and Reception Coordination
Management of Key Tasks: • Ensure Flowers are
Transported from Ceremony to Reception; • Presents are Packed into a Family Vehicle; • Guest Book and other Décor are Saved, etc.
Coordination of overall flow, timeliness and decor
